USGreat location, convenient to Talete parking garage, and a great home base to explore Ortigia and even areas like Noto, Ragusa, and even Taormina and Mt. Etna.
One small peculiarity: the charming ceiling made of pavers sheds sand continuously, leaving a light coating of sand dust on all horizontal surfaces in the main room. Keep cups covered or, if not in use, upside down.
USAmazing place to stay with superb views! Davide was there to give us the keys and an overview of the apartment. He was very helpful. There was even a list of restaurants and other suggestions at the apartment. My friends were amazed by the apartment and stunned by the beautiful San Gimignano!

NZThis place was exceptional, perfect location, beautifully furnished, clean and comfy bed. Great showers and cooking facilities. A kettle and toaster would be a good addition, but you can manage this with the oven and hob anyway.

USNot enough toilet paper for 3 female travelers otherwise, couldn’t have been better
SICompletely renovated apartment with private parking which is the rear thing. Being located just outside the walls allows you to have a call sleep without the Daly noise of tourists dragging luggage over the stones. ...but it takes really 2 minutes to re enter into the city walls.. Floor heating really works like a charm as we got some chilling weather..walking barefoot is a pleasant thing.
TV might be too advanced and then the remote is a bit challenging.... And You'll hate tourists that do not respect parking rules and block streets. I really could almost start riots with the locals oin that regard..
