The accommodation I booked on Booking.com was different from the photos. It also said that I could use the parking lot, but the password was different. The host did not answer calls and only communicated through messages. The place was expensive but very disappointing.

Was in a decent area especially if you like walking as I do as its situated next to tivoli gardens so its a nice walk into the centre

The sheets were dirty the toilet seat was broken i had to msg several times about it yet they still didn't fix it the towels were tiny uncomfortable beds.

Hello, I am following up on my previous message regarding reservation (ROSE VALLEY). This is a very serious safety issue. I arrived with my wife and children and: - the access system did not work (code failed multiple times, keypad was blocked) - the car gate did not open at all - a resident aggressively confronted me, accused me of breaking in, called me a thief, and threatened to push my car away - he physically blocked access to the building and did not allow me to enter Because of this, we felt unsafe and could not use the accommodation at all. This is completely unacceptable and a failure to provide a safe and accessible stay. If this issue is not resolved immediately with a full refund and compensation, I will proceed with a formal complaint to the Slovenian Market Inspectorate and other relevant authorities. I expect urgent resolution. Thank you.
