Objekt je bio čist.

U toaletu i tuš kabini nije radila rasvjeta. Prijavio sam kvar vlasniku 3 puta i svako put dobio odgovor kako će prijaviti svom osoblju zaduženo za održavanje. Za vrijeme našeg boravka u objektu kvar nije otklonjen i to mi je predstavljalo ogroman problem jer se tuš kabina niti wc u mrklom mraku nisu mogli koristiti a prozora naravno nema da bi bilo izvora prirodnog osvjetljenja.

The location was not the same as it was in the advertisement. The room was also not the same as advertised, and worse. There was no water in the building except for the kitchen tap and the bathtub, which was broken. NO staff, NO room service, NO Wifi, NO Clothes rack, NO outdoor furniture, NO Terrace, NO Garden, NO Elevator, NO Front Desk services because no one was there. There are lots of NOs because all these were mentioned in the property facilities. I contacted them so many times during my stay by messages and phone calls, but did not get any feedback to resolve the issue. They did not even respond to Booking.com agents, as I was also in contact with customer service from Booking.com

the furniture is beyond uncomfortable, we couldn't get out of beds in the morning from back pain, there was an ant problem in the kitchen, not enough towels nor blankets, hygene is at an all time low- the bathroom was super smelly when we got there and everything else seemed dirty.
