there’s a leak in the air conditioning , the use of pool of the condominium have a charge of 150/head.

- host is very nice, as well as her assistants. the only problem is the staff of Shell Residences itself. From the guards, to the receptionists - they are not accommodating. They should have equal treatment with the tenants and guests. They are very rude - they gave us a hard time using the residential parking even if we have authorization letter, they won’t let us park near the entrance just to drop off things, they are constantly giving us a smirk and not greeting us nor smiling at us. We rented two rooms, one on the ground floor and the other one is on the 14th floor. When we were on the ground floor, all their (not sure if it’s Shell’s worker or some tenant’s worker) equipment were scattered on our way - unable to pass and did not even apologize.

We waited so long for the assistant to come to fetch us.

The plave was clean and comfortable
