Very new, very clean, small but perfect to stay in Livingstone. Just a very nice place. AC worked perfectly aswell.

"A exceptional, ultra-modern lodge."

The place is quiet, cosy and situated close to town. The facilities are modern and relaxing.

There is no signage outside the lodge and on the main road. Drivers tend to overcharge when the distance to the place is not known. Breakfast, which is billed separately, is a bit pricy. We had issues with the wifi for both the phones and TV.

Room was spotlessly clean and the ensuite had a good shower

Bedroom could do with some small bedside tables beside it with lamps on them rather than just one big bright light in the room. Walls could do with some nice colourful local artwork rather than being empty. Aside from that a great place to stay.
