Corporate Accommodation - Hospital location

I loved that it was central to where we needed to be. It was also really close to the facilities etc that I wanted to use.

Parking was an issue with multiple neighbours cars and the spaces weren't big enough for 2 vehicles.

Hinepare whom l had booked this for said it was perfect which worked well and was just what she wanted. Will diffenitly book this place again if coming back to Hamilton.

Even though the unit was tiny, it packed a punch and had everything we needed

Only being able to turn into the property from one side of the street. For visitors to the region, it was difficult to make sure you were coming from the right way.

Convenient, spacious, flexible layout, and quiet

Great shower pressure. Easy to find. Free parking for one car. A packet of Tim Tams was a nice sweet treat after a long drive with a cup of tea(thanks for the milk too).

Power socket in the kitchen didnt work(bottom one by the kettle), kitchen tap needs fixing very wobbly, kitchen blind broken, hole in the wall behind bathroom door. No bedside lamps in bedroom 2, no coat hangers in the wardrobes, window sills etc need cleaning, bedroom curtains are very thin. There isnt a full set of glasses, mugs, cutlery for 4 people..ie 2 x wine glasses. In general the unit although convenient and not too expensive for 4 of us splitting the cost but it pretty basic and rather tired and needs some TLC and a thorough clean. Had to knock at the neighbours house to move their car over as we couldnt park in the carport, not a problem just uncomfortable as it was dark and we were 4 ladies.

Had everything you needed within it Great shower pressure. Close to everything we needed to access or find. Overall great little apartment. Would definitely return here!

A lot of hair on the walls and floor of the bathroom but other than that it was very tidy.

The location. With a car each was hard to find a safe place to park 2nd car

The owner was super helpful and kind. We weren't too far away from the city centre. There was a small set of shops across the road which was convenient. It had everything we needed to cook with if we needed to.
