La Loggia del Capitano - Rione Capisotto

Ein wirklich außergewöhnlicher Ort. Absolut freundliche Vermieter. Wir hatten ganz herzlichen Kontakt via WhatsApp. Hunde ganz herzlich willkommen. Bekamen völlig problemlos die Zugangsinformationen und konnten flexibel einchecken. Die Lage ist einmalig; mitten in der historischen Altstadt, nur zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein wundervolles Wohnerlebnis. Die gemütliche, rustikale Einrichtung ist sehr besonders. Alles sehr sauber. Über eine Wendeltreppe gelangt man in den 1. Stock und danach über eine Außen-Steintreppe auf die wirklich einmalige Terrasse mit überwältigender Aussicht.Besonders am Abend, wenn die Straßenlaternen leuchten, ein fast magisches Empfinden. Pitigliano hat uns absolut in seinen Bann gezogen - die engen Gassen sind malerisch und haben irgendwie eine mystische Atmosphäre. Eine besondere Empfehlung. Die um den Ort herum liegenden Hohlwege lohnen sich absolut für eine Wanderung.

Das einzige ist die fehlende Parkplatzmöglichkeit. Aber Autos etc. wären dort auch völlig fehl am Platz und würden den Charme dieser Umgebung zunichte machen. Somit gibt es außerhalb des Stadtkerns genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Kostenlos.

La location dell'appartamento e' perfetta: nel pieno centro storico del paese. abbiamo soggiornato solo per un weekend ma vivere nel del borgo e' stato rigenerante. Niente auto, tante piccole botteghe di artigianato e la buona atmosfera della campagna maremmana. La casa di Emilio ha un a bellissima terrazza sul tetto - come si dice oggi "un roof top terrace" - con vista sulla vallata circostante: ottima per un aperitivo, una cena o semplicemente per sedersi a leggere un libro. Se cercate una sistemazione dove poter soggiornare e staccare la spina per qualche giorno, vi consiglio vivamente la loggia del capitano: lo spazio esterno e' un plus che lo differenzia dalle altre case del centro.

Tutto bello. Il terrazzino permette di cenare con una pizza d'asporto presa dalla vicina pizzeria, per poi andare alle terme di saturnia dopo cena e godersi le terme di sera è stata un' esperienza unica, per poi proseguire con le vie di cave il mattino dopo. Consigliata dall'host. Rimarrà un bel ricordo, la struttura e Pitignano.

La posizione e l’accoglienza. La terrazza sul tetto è una chicca.

Non prende la linea telefonica, non c’è Wi-Fi né la tv. La porta del bagno (in camera) non si chiude completamente.

Great location, almost to the end of the old town. Feel like we were sent back in time. The place is easy to find and all clean. The roof terrace is exceptional, we had a great time enjoy the tranquility of Pitigliano at night, and the stars were clear on your face :) we were lucky to have arrived on the day when there were a wine testing in town and it felt quite festive. Amazing memory to keep.

The only thing I would recommend is to have wifi in this home, cellular cannot reach inside. And maybe 1 more fan because it has 2 storeys. Free parking is hard to find though it's the common problem, not this home's. It took us a good 30mins driving around.

Host quick respond, spacious, amenities and the terrace. The apartment is built with an underground bunker which you can enjoy to peek.
