The location of the property is great.

The toilet had a very pungent smell which we asked the hotel staff to look into and they said that they will fix it but they didn’t do anything about it. The hotel is also a bit overpriced for the type of rooms and standards they had.

The ambience was wonderful. The general atmosphere was inviting. Upper area veranda sitting area was very pleasant. Small but well organized and delicious menu. Lastly, outstanding staff(everyone) and service!!

The website should mention about not having a lift/elevator and requiring climbing steps to the upper rooms.

"Great family run boutique hotel in the heart of Jaipur"

We really enjoyed our stay at this small family run boutique hotel. They were very accommodating of all of our requests, including being moved to a room with a sit out after having been upgraded to a junior suite without a sit out. Umar on reception was of particular note for his attention making sure we were enjoying our stay and ensuring we were happy. The restaurant also deserves a mention not only for its lovely fell but also for the staff, Shivraj was of particular note. Reception arranged a visit to a local leopard reserve where we saw 3 so make sure you go there too.

No complaints.
