"Wonderful stay over Xmas and New year's"

The house is spacious, with everything needed to spend a week or two. Or longer. The living room: spacious with two sofas flipping into sofa beds with bedding underneath and a TV featuring all the usual apps. Dining area: just behind the sofa with a five seater table spacious enough for more. Kitchen: equipped with everything needed for up to 4 people, for more you will need extra cups but glasses, pans, baking trays etc everything you need is there, along with a washer and a large fridge freezer. Downstairs toilet: features a shower, toilet and hand basin. In my opinion better than the upstairs bathroom as it's much more spacious. Upstairs: one small double bedroom, one medium sized double bedroom and a large park facing bedroom with two double beds in. All rooms have storage in the form of draws or wardrobes. All beds are small doubles and were very comfortable. Upstairs bathroom is small with a sliding door. Overall, my kid didn't like the door as it sometimes opens itself if not pushed back further enough but still used the shower and toilet often. Bins/refuse: different to most areas you place the bin bags outside by the wall and they collect it from there. I mention this as we originally scratched our heads looking for the outside bins until we went out and noticed the neighbours had placed bins in time for the collection. Location: the location is exceptional and a brief walk across the park then across the bridge takes you right into town. There are also in the other direction large shops, including Iceland farm foods and an Easter. European food shop selling polish Lithuanian Hungarian foods etc. Everything is within a 5-10 minute walk away. There are also several buses passing near the shops. I recommend this property to anyone who has 3-5 people in their group and who want access to everything Northampton has to offer. I did have trouble upon checking in however a phone call had this resolved in a few minutes.
