Room too hot. Noices outside in the street. Some equipment need update. And bed sofa was very inconfortable.

Location. Close to several metro stations.

Beds were a little soft for our taste. It was difficult to find quick bits to eat. Evening restaurants were plentiful and rated highly.

Good location with close proximity to Retiro Park and the Prado Museum. Room was very clean and it was great to have a mini-fridge in the room. Carol was so helpful, kind and responsive. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to other travellers.

Efficient staff. Room very clean and beautiful. Functional Kitchenette with good enough cutlery. AC works even if you're not in the room allowing you to have a good temperature when you come from the hot summer heat,

The elevators are scary. AC had only High ventilator speed and Low low ventilator speed, no Medium, no temperature control, no off control.

Brilliant location close to Retiro Park, the museums and, the shops and restaurants in Salamanca. Carolina is a kind and responsive host, very motivated to help you have a great stay

Kitchenette is small and well-equipped , fine for one person for a few days but limited space to cook anything but a basic meal

Súper nice suite, with fully equipped mini kitchenette including top range, microwave, mini fridge, dishes, glasses and silver, nespresso coffee maker and coffee capsules. It is a nice size , with a comfort couch and coffee table and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was super nice with very good quality supplies: shampoo, conditioner and body gel, all with a nice, chic presentation. We were greeted with a handwritten welcome note and a box of thin mints! The view is super nice and the neighborhood is excellent, with no noise, and walking distance to the posh shopping street Serrano, as well as to very nice restaurants and bars. Also walking distance to the beautiful Parque del Retiro and Prado Museum.

There is nothing that I disliked.
