The position of the caravan was perfect for us. It had a lot of equipment for cooking.

We had 2 disturbed sleeps due to smoke and carbon dioxide detectors bleeping. Both were fixed quickly. A caravan near to us was noisy but did turn volume down when I went out and asked them to. We had booked a 3 bed van but only had a 2. Again That was fine. We found clothing and dirty tissues in both bedrooms that hadn’t been cleaned properly.

"Lovely caravan, saved lots of money by going private whilst still accessing haven"

Great park, although could not access haven app before arrival so was not able to access pool due to it being fully booked. Very clean and lovely caravan, we had a lovely time.

Gas man arrived to service boiler whilst we were out with no notice, we were not informed and arrived back at caravan to find him.

Comfortable, clean and tranquil, smart tv, close to amenities

Toilet radiator stained. Fridge was hard to adjust correctly, some things froze solid while others were ok. We were there during a heatwave and the van tended to heat up considerably despite doors and windows wide open, the heat was exceptional though. A fan could be installed possibly? The latch that held the door open was broken so had to prop it open with a chair.

"Superb"

Property was lovely , spacious and an ideal very quiet spot. My husband had a terminal lung condition so life is stressful. This was perfect for a lovely short break to destress . We shall be back .
