Minimalistic interior design; spacious, clean; fully equiped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Garage was small to fit our car

The unit was clean. The beds were comfortable. Loved the coffee provided for us. The pool was a family favorite. Loved that we had extra sheets/towels. We would love to come back when it's not as hot.

Internet/TV/wifi was not the best.

Amazing house in amazing gated community! Both house and surroundings are super clean and very well maintained so are the two pools, the gym, the clubhouse. Didn't meet the hosts but everything was easy and clear so there was no need :) great communication via messages though!

Stayed here for Coachella and it was very hard to get cabs on the way back because the drivers come from far away, have to wait in line so they prefer to take longer rides (e.g. to Palm Springs). Best thing to do is either drive or make friends with a driver who is willing to pick you up somewhere outside of the pick up zone and save time.

The property is beautiful. Better in person. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable. TV’s in every room and nicely equipped.

Very clean & everything was provided for (towels, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Much nicer than staying in a regular hotel. In a gated community and it was QUIET! Small backyard with BBQ (both Propane & a Weber (you will need to bring charcoal briquettes if you plan to use the Weber). Small 1 car garage so your car doesn't have to weather 100+ degrees. Pool is very nice, only 3-1/2 ft to 4-1/2 ft so pretty safe for kids. A hot tub is also there for use, and there are restrooms & showers right there too. The house has 2 rooms, the master bedroom is very comfy with high ceilings. The master bath has a large counter, tub & shower, toilet, and walk in closet. The other room is smaller but comfortable, and there is a bathroom right outside the room. Also right there is a washer/dryer & even laundry soap was provided! There is a coffee maker; hopefully they replaced the glass carafe that I clumsily broke washing it. I recommend getting a coffee maker with thermal carafe to avoid this happening again (sorry!). The ONLY thing missing was a can opener, but hopefully they got one. We were lucky we brought one (a Swiss Army Knife with can opener). The living room/dining room has ample space and there is a sleeper sofa there so you can sleep 5 or 6 people at the house comfortably. We are a family of 5. TVs are in the living room and both bedrooms. Also nearby (short drive about 3 miles or so) is a Ralphs market plus a fantastic Coffee Shop not called Starbucks, but it is right at the corner in the same parking lot as Ralphs (the name escapes me but it is worth going there!). The property manager, Amber was a great help and when I called her she promptly answered. The cleaning fee was expensive ($175 I think it was) but overall it was still better than a hotel. And they had a nice cleaning crew of 3 or so ladies that were very friendly we met as we were leaving (we were a bit past the 11 am check out time).

No can opener but that is not a deal breaker!
