"Poor management of facilities and approach to client...first I was delayed outside for about 2hr"

From start to finish It was poor First, I came to reading but didn't access facility till past 5 and poor communication Secondly, we had an agreement but it was. It honoured which is lack of integrity

The facility manager (stanley) was very disrespectful. He lied about cancelling the booking and that i will be refund instead refused to pick calls. A mail was sent yesterday regarding stay which I responded to one person staying and we both agreed yet. He acted smart but defrauding me and showing poor character with words
