La posizione piuttosto centrale anche se in una via defilata.

Abbiamo avuto problemi al check in in quanto ci hanno assegnato una stanza diversa da quella prenotata. Io avevo prenotato una deluxe matrimoniale chiedendo il giorno prima la possibilità di avere il letto matrimoniale. Invece ci siamo visti assegnare una stanza completamente diversa, molto datata, niente a che vedere con la foto di Booking; non c’erano le due poltroncine ed il tavolino: insomma tutta un’altra camera. Il ragazzo della reception ha motivato il fatto che mi aveva offerto un upgrade con una stanza che aveva anche la vasca da bagno. A fronte della mia insistenza mi ha mostrato altre stanze tutte quante più o meno simili che però non rispondevano alle aspettative. Alla fine ci ha mostrato la stanza all’ultimo piano che effettivamente era simile a quella che avevamo prenotato su Booking. Sottolineo che ci sono parecchie rampe di scale molto molto ripide. Purtroppo è capitato anche un altro imprevisto che lo staff ha gestito in modo disonesto. Abbiamo rotto un abat jour: lo abbiamo immediatamente riferito in reception. Lo stesso giorno ci viene mostrato una foto presa da Amazon con una lampada completamente diversa da quella rotta ed era indicato un costo di circa 45 euro. Ho fatto presente che quella non era la lampada che avevamo rotto e che il valore era nettamente inferiore. Dopo una lunga discussione siamo andati avanti anche il giorno dopo e a fronte del fermo rifiuto a pagare una cifra esagerata hanno convenuto che non avremmo dovuto rimborsare nulla. Noi comunque ci siamo sentiti dí rimborsare in qualche modo ed abbiamo rinunciato a 2 colazioni che erano comprese nel prezzo della stanza.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter le matin où nous sommes partis. Un très bon hôtel, avec un rapport qualité prix très correct

Le pommeau de douche est à réviser car il met de l’eau partout avec beaucoup de pression et un peu de poussière à eliminer mais ríen qui nous a empêché d’apprécier notre séjour à l’hôtel !

Good location. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel has a homely feel.

I stayed 5 nights in this modern, comfortable very quiet place. The breakfast was included and I had something different each morning. The customer service was particularly outstanding as they provided advice and arranged a driver for a couple of tours. Very professionally managed.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and helped us to book the perfect trip, to see everything that Ninh Binh had to offer. The breakfast was really good with many options. The room was clean and had everything that you need during travel, Additionally the location - right across the Tam Coc boat station but hidden in the side street so there was no noise! Lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacies and ATM in the area.

Very conveniently located and the staff was very kind.

Only minor discomfort was this place does not have an elevator and we were put up on the 4th floor, so do consider if this will be a problem for you.
