Tam Coc Condelux Boutique Hotel

We had a great stay here. The location was ideal for the Tam Coc area. Staff were very helpful and we were able to rent bikes and scooters.

Breakfast finished a bit early

A perfect hotel in an excellent location, just off the main road-peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay special. A huge thank you to new owners Huyen and his wife Huong for their genuine hospitality and helpful recommendations. Excellent value for money. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to family and friends.

There are no lifts, only stairs. We are seniors and were asked if we were comfortable staying on the third floor, and the staff helped carry our luggage up and down

Struttura piccola in una stradina laterale quindi abbastanza tranquilla. Stanza grande con bagno in stanza. Colazione fatta al momento molto buona. Possibilitá di noleggiare a poco prezzo sia lo scooter che la bici. Lo staff sa dare molti consigli su cosa visitare in zona. Ci hanno dato un piccolo snack per il viaggio.

Avendo doccia e WC insieme, come é tipico in Vietnam, il giá piccolo bagno si bagna completamente e lascia umido in tutta la stanza facendo fatica ad asciugarsi bene. Il nostro letto dopo la prima notte era molto umido e puo dare fastidio. Pulizia nella media

Location, it was central but on a quiet street. The people on the front desk were friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast choice was good with good coffee and your order was freshly cooked. Comfy bed and the room was cleaned and towels changed every day.

No lift but the staff helped with carrying the luggage, so not a problem.

Posizione centralissima, in una via tranquilla rispetto alla strada principale. I gestori sono super gentili, premurosi, essendo due guide turistiche ci hanno fatto un vero e proprio itinerario, con ottimi conigli. Ci sono davvero moltissime cose da vedere a Ninh Binh! Al momento della partenza, ci hanno preparato anche un piccolo take away per il viaggio. La camera era molto grande e pulita, con la doccia separata e con l'interruttore in bagno (cosa non scontata in Vietnam).

Erg blij met onze keuze voor dit hotel. Het zat lekker centraal in het centrum. Vanaf hier kan je zelfs lopend naar alle hoogte punten of je pakt de fiets/taxi. Wij waren er veel te vroeg voor inchecken. De eigenaar kwam bij ons zitten en heeft een heel schema gemaakt zodat we op ons gemak alles konden zien en niks hoefde te missen. Als er een keuze was bij een locatie dan vertelde hij ook direct wat de beste keuze was. De kamers waren mooi en schoon. Kon hier en daar misschien een opknap gebruiken, maar ik zou zeggen zeker weten hier boeken. Let wel op, geen lift aanwezig

This hotel was lovely & comfortable, the owner was really helpful in giving ideas to do in the local area. Breakfast was good.

The showers sprayed water all over the bathroom and there was no elevator so getting heavy suitcases up multiple flights of stairs was hard but the staff helped.

The staff was very friendly, even gave us snack when we left the hotel

Soundproofing wasn't too good because there is big window in our room
