Prior to arrival, guests are required to pay a US $50 charge for the damage waiver. This fee must be paid 7 days before the arrival date or along with the reservation fee and is nonrefundable. The damage waiver covers accidental damages in the property above 500. Pet fee applies $75 for up to 4 nights, $100 for up to 7 nights and $150 for up to 30 Nights plus. Guests must complete the Identification form and provide their IDs at least one week before their scheduled arrival date.. This property does not accommodate bachelorette or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. House Rules: • No illicit drugs, excessive alcohol, parties, or unsafe/disruptive behavior. • Violations result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund; guests must vacate immediately. • Excessive noise, neighbor/building complaints, or breaking Booking.com community standards are grounds for removal.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
