Spacious Apt in the heart of South Beach

TH size of the room. Owner provided more towels.

I spent 4 nights in the property. I asked once to change the sheet but the owner refused to do that. Later , the owner said will do it but they never did. In addition, the building of the property is a bit old and it needs some maintenance.

Excellent location, provided beach chairs, towels. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was good sized. Bathroom had a walk in shower, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Soap, shampoo and blow dryer were provided. There was a washer and dryer as well.

The couch was not very comfortable, the walk in shower had a glass shield but no door so water got on the floor despite best efforts. There was plastic over the smoke detector and it did not appear to be functional.

It was close to the beach, Main Street with restaurants and close to public transportation.

WARNING!!! Do NOT book this property!!! I booked over Christmas break with my daughter. Upon checking in, the unit had not been cleaned from prior guests and was filthy. Had to call, email, text, and message several times to get a hold of anyone. They sent someone over to clean and owner reassured me my cleaning fee would be refunded. Not only were towels and sheets not washed due to the cleaning person rushing to finish while we were outside in the rain waiting, the unit was not properly equipped with common items like a bath mat for stepping out of the shower. I reached out to the owner several times for assistance. No response, so we ended up checking out early. Have been following up regarding my refund for over 10 days and have received no response and no refund.

The bathroom was not clean- drain has a musty smell. I cleaned it again myself and the smell would not budge. I would recommend pouring bleach down the drains regularly

Great place. True to its name: spacious. Loved it. Great value.

The shopping area and beach is near by also its pretty quiet. Shower feels amazing
