5 Bed Modern Cheltenham Town Centre Home

Perfect location, very central and close to everything that we needed. Host gave a thorough information pack regarding the property, was easily contactable and very helpful answering any questions. Parking for one car was useful and car park nearby for additional cars.

We were a group of 8 adults and the kitchen and living room were a bit tight when we were all using them.

Great location for restaurants, cinema, supermarket and best of all, the centre of Cheltenham

small sitting room and dining area for the number of bedrooms and only parking space for one car. Some details ( light switch not working, shower head support needs fixing, sofas need replacing as very uncomfortable, broken chair in main bedroom, mattress toppers needed on two beds, pillows not great) need sorting to make it great rather than good.

Great location near the centre of town. Very well appointed with modern furnishings.

Although parking was available. It was much too small for medium or larger vehicles and I wasn’t able to use it, hence the £60 fine on my second night.

The property was excellent, a great house for a group of friends to catchup and spend the weekend together, the bedrooms were spacious and had a bit of luxury to them, the kitchen was well equipped and really clean (as were the bathrooms), the lounge was cosy. It is also in a great location for visiting the city centre.

The house was clean and comfortable and in a good, quiet location close to restaurants and the town centre. The host responded quickly to our complaint that the fridge-freezer was broken upon arrival and had defrosted over the kitchen floor. She provided a mini fridge that evening.

Initial miscommunication from the host re entry details which caused some anxiety. It would be helpful to know in advance that the code is not sent until the day before. Had to chase for details. However, the host redeemed herself by responding quickly to the issue of the broken fridge/freezer.

Location and bedrooms are good. Harriet was kind enough to drop off a cafetiere ahead of stay.

Lack of curtains in living room, uncomfortable sofas, small kitchen, limited parking.
