GBSpent 3 weeks here, the flat is great. 3rd floor with a lift. Beds are SUPER comfortable. Couch is also very comfortable. Quiet at night, can't hear planes (if you were worried about the nearby airport). Host was great and responsive: fixed an issue with hoter water few hours after reporting it! We also asked for more kitchen utensils, and they brought it very quickly, so now the kitchen is fully equipped (spatulas, peeler, spoons, tin opener, bottle opener, etc). Internet is 50Mbps download and 5Mbps upload. Hot water takes a long time to come out (like 5 min), so be patient the first time you turn it on. Huge balcony, WiFi reaches everywhere. Use the remote to open the blinds in the balcony to get a lot of light throughout the day. Great location, can easily walk around the city, go buy groceries (you'll have to buy bottled water). Close enough to a gym too (Divine gym, would recommend that too).

TRGRDEDie großzügige FeWo und die Lage waren toll. Wir konnten schon eher in die Unterkunft - danke dafür!!!
Die Sauberkeit im Bad hätte besser sein können, eine 3. Sonnenliege auf der Terrasse wäre bei 4 Personen auch schön gewesen. Die Klimaanlage steht auf der Terrasse und war immer mal wieder sehr laut. Das Kondenzwasser läuft über die Terrasse in den Abfluss - man muss also aufpassen, dass man nicht ausrutscht. Leider waren die Pflanzen auf der Terrasse vertrocknet.
