I liked how how spacious the property is and how the house had original features of the old building such as archways.

we felt a little uncomfortable with there being no locks on the toilet doors as we were staying with siblings partners and were worried that they could walk in without realising anyone was there.

"Great locations and enjoyed Norwich very much. After some fixes, our stay ended up well."

7.0

Location close to Norwich Cathedral. Close walk to shopping district (approx. 3 blocks). This house has all the basics you need in a rental.

Having small things such as sugar, coffee, tea, more than 1 tea towel. The stove is an induction stove, but the fry pans supplied were for electric stove tops, so did not work. Instruction manuals not easy to find. Hosts should have a binder etc. on the kitchen table or counter outlining details for the house, such as emergency contacts for hosts/or management company. Details on stove, washer/driver usage. On last day we found the drawer over the bottom kitchener cabinet that houses the recyclables that has some manuals. The Twin bedroom has no side tables, therefore no small side lights, only main ceiling light. OK but not for when one person wishes to sleep and the other person in twin bed does not. Also it should be clearly indicated on main web page that there is only one bathroom on the 2nd level and it belongs to the primary bedroom. Other double bedroom and twin bedroom must travel down the stairs to the main floor bathroom or the powder room (both lovely) but for older folks, doing the stairs is harder. A small wardrobe outside in the hallway of the twin bedroom would be lovely and appreciated. Also a full length mirror in bedrooms. To help I purchased a table lamp for the twin bedroom which I put on the window ledge (no table). I have donated this to the house for that bedroom. I also left starter goods of coffee, tea, more dish clothes and some butter in the refrigerator for the next people to stay at Church House. If able I would have tried to clean the outside kitchen window. Unfortunately we had trouble with the hot water and went a few days with none. As well the wifi wouldn't connect so we went about 3 days out of 7 with no wifi in the house. Elliott the site Manager came out and tried to get the hot water working but it didn't work so he had to return on day 3. After that things went well.

"Had a nice time visiting Norwich, Property great for general use but no facilities for 6 to relax"

7.0

Location great for city center. If you have car no parking and local parking expensive.

Cleanliness not great, Few general items need attention within property.

"Brilliant house from which to enjoy this wonderful city."

9.0

Perfect location near to the centre, Elm Hill, Cathedral, Castle, river walks and great pubs and places to eat close by. Very quiet. Loved the stone floors and tiles in the bathrooms. Nice airy feel and comfy beds.

Parking was a short walk but that is expected in a city.
