very good located, clean, good facilities, and spaces, clean, and proper almost everything.

The beds are not so comfortable...

I liked that the apartment turned out to be quite economical. The neighborhood seemed safe to me. Everything I needed was nearby a bakery, La Comer, the SmartFit gym, OXXO, and banks. I also liked that every Wednesday there is a farmer’s market nearby, where you can buy delicious vegetables, eggs, and dairy products all high-quality and at very affordable prices. Basically, if you enjoy walking, the main downtown area is within walking distance. I also appreciated that the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. Though, when I arrived, a few items were missing. I also really liked the super comfortable bed it was very cozy. There was always hot water, which was a big plus. I also liked that the apartment is in a secured building.

The apartment definitely needs some cosmetic repairs. All the walls are very dirty. Some of them even had strange stains that were unpleasant to touch. When I moved in, there were leftover food items from previous guests in some of the cabinets. If noisy people move in next door, you’ll definitely hear it. There is no air conditioner or ceiling fan in the apartment. I requested a fan and, thankfully, I was given a floor fan but of course, it doesn’t compare to having air conditioning when it’s hot. During my 22 day stay, the bed linens and towels were changed once at my request. However, when I asked a second time, the bed linens were not changed. There’s also no elevator. The “gym” that was advertised turned out to be just a couple of dusty machines on the rooftop. The washing machine is shared, and only one of them works and it’s usually occupied.

It's clean and very cozy.

Street noise. No hot water. Not the best location. It takes sometimes 5 hours for the staff to reply.

I love the cleanliness and everything was very good in that aspect.

Extremely overpriced. No A/C. Shower water would get cold
