Upon arrival I couldn't get the keys to the apartment because the code I was given didn't work. The bigger problem is that in the next hour and a half no one answered the numbers listed on the website, messages or emails. I managed to get my keys when another tourist who also couldn't get into his apartment came, they answered to him and he then asked for the code for my apartment too. Extremely unprofessional, no one called me back afterwards to apologize for the inconvenience. The apartment wasn't cleaned thoroughly and a lot of things in it need to be fixed and improved.
