Neptuno Ocean View, Beach line with Pool

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist spektakulär. Der Tiefgaragenplatz den man dazu buchen kann ist absolut wichtig.

Das Kochgeschirr ist definitiv reif für die Tonne. Der Ablauf in der Dusche funktioniert nicht gut. Eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich schön. Insgesamt ist einiges renoverungsbedürftig.

We liked the view from the balcony, great to see surfers out in the bay every day. It's also very close to a great beach, next to the excellent pool, via a gate. Ideal for supermarket, directly opposite and an aray of restaurants and bars wothin an eash walk. You can walk both ways from Playa Arena, south & north & it's about an hour to Los Gigantes along the coastal path. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, diahwasher and fridge/freezer all relatively new. If you needed to contact the agency they responded quickly.

It can get very hot in the apartment as there is no air conditioning and only 1 fan. We had to use the fan at night in the bedroom during October/November. The bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell at times, but we were told it was a Tenerife wide issue. Make sure you have the current key box number to get your keys (it gets changed) and use the key fob to access the complex, which is on the right hand side of the main gate. On arrival we eventually discovered we had been sent an old access code & no mention was made of the key fob to get into the complex - all very frustrating when you arrive from the airport in the dark. The mattress was firm, and a bit uncomfortable for us.

There are good beaches and restaurants near the accommodation. The apartment is well equipped, with adequate kitchen equipment, utensils, plates and glasses.

Der in der Anlage befindliche Pool war mit Meerwasser gefüllt und sehr sauber. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Direkt daneben befindet sich ein kleiner Strand. Es werden Liegen und Schirme angeboten. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Geschäfte.

Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Das finden eines Parkplatzes war immer etwas spannend. Wurde aber dann doch immer in unmittelbarer Nähe etwas gefunden!

Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba , niczego nie brakuje ,przestronny czysty , zlokalizowany w pierwszej lini brzegowej widokiem na ocean i zachody słońca ,do dyspozycji piękny basen ,piaszczysta plaża ,duży taras , tuż obok sklepy ,restauracje i biura podróży, lekarz ,apteka ,przystanek, na pieszo można przejść spacerem pod klify los Gigantes .. cudowne miejsce , do którego chętnie wrócimy i polecamy każdemu

Jedynym małym minusem była roleta zamontowana na stałe co troszczkę zabierało przestrzeń i tak piękny widok . Myśle z powinna być ruchoma by moc osłonić całkowicie lub zasłonić według potrzeb

Perfect location, the view from the terrace is magnificent, the beech is right across the yard and the swimming pool is great. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a long stay. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back with pleasure.

It seems all users do not respect the need to clean the sand off their feet before using the shower, so it was clogged with sand.
