Clean and New. Great place to stay with great amenities and breakfast offering.

Room was excellent, however hotel clerk checking us in was a zero!! No personality, look like she was doing us a favor!! Need heavy dose of guess service training, or fire her!!!!!!

The hotel is new and we'll appointed. The location is ideal for air travel.

They advertised airport shuttle services. We were told by the hotel clerk that we only needed to give a ten minute notice for a shuttle. We waited 35 minutes for a shuttle and others in the hotel called Uber to pick them up because of the long wait. The hotel had a van parked under their awning but no one to drive it.

I loved every detail! Clean, friendly, inviting. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The decor was beautifully done and the breakfast was first class. Located almost at Hillary and Bill Clinton Airport is a big plus!

I booked the room at a slightly extra charge as I opted to pay when I go there. Somehow, I was charged a week before but the difference price was not refined. Also, I have o idea why I was charged prior to my visit?

The staff went above and beyond for my mom and I. Whatever we needed, they took care of it for us. The young man, De Undre, was very professional and polite yet also had the ability to set us at ease about our flight arrangements and getting my wheelchair bound mom to the airport on time. . Thank you to all.
