Nothing to dislike, just a bit of noise from traffic and construction.

The place was so clean and almost complete for all your needs. Washing machine, stove, rice cooker, microwave, toaster and ref.

Need a black curtain to block the sunlight also needs to have a universal outlet so guest from the other countries will not have problem if they forgot their adapter.

Welcoming and supportive owner prior and during my stay. I was met by a representative family member and shown the apartment and access routine. Thank you very much. Tops! Very clean apartment, with all cleaning and personal essentials included. Nice decoration. Made you feel right at home. The apartment accommodates two separate double beds, of which, one is located in a dedicated bedroom. The second double bed can be separated from the small living-kitchen area by means of an in-built sliding wall panel. A small TV couch has a 2-persons pull-out bed frame in the living-kitchen area. The bathroom has a washing machine fitted. The residence development has a nice 20m lap pool, a wading pool, a kids pool and swings (daily fee of 150 pesos per person, if not the owner). One notices immediately that all public areas are kept immaculately clean and tidy. It includes a frequent pest control routine. Sorry, but you will not see pests here in this residence!......... Very strict access control. No guests, family, friends unless upfront registered at the entrance, via a form pre-filled in by the owner. So very safe, but can also be a nuisance for some. A fairly sized SM mall (two buildings) is located adjacent to the SMDC Spring Residences apartments. It is a side entrance from tower 1 and a mere 60m across. Very convenient. All your typical shops, eateries and a large groceries store. Easy and quick ride to the international airport. Overall, a very pleasant stay and comes well recommended. A definite place to return to.

No dislikes at all, just an observation. Although the approx 26m2 small apartment has bedding for 6 to sleep including a small balcony, I would certainly not recommend 6 pax, unless it is for one brief night only. Two persons should manage well if staying multiple days or for longer. This is a typical condo size you will get in the Philippines. However, you are quite central and can be anywhere, a fairly short drive away.
