O chuveiro é excelente. O apartamento fica bem próximo ao metrô, mercado, ônibus e restaurantes.

A informação do número do prédio estar como 502 e no prédio consta o número 504(não dá para saber que trata_se de 502/504). Houve transtorno para localizar a chave pois encontra_se em outro local na mesma avenida. Poderia colocar um vídeo mostrando onde fica a chave e o prédio.

"Coisas a melhorar"

Os quartos eram espaços, estavam limpos e organizados. A casa de banho estava limpa e com equipamento de lavagem e secagem de roupa.

A máquina de lavar loiça não funcionava. A varanda não estava limpa após uns dias porque os pombos fazem as suas necessidades especiais na varanda. As panelas estavam ricasdas.
