Wasn't really anything I didn't like.
USUSUSUSUpon arrival, we were initially assigned a room; however, the key card scanner did not work. This required us to walk back to the front office to resolve the issue, where we were then reassigned to a second room. Unfortunately, the second room presented a far more serious issue. Upon entering, we discovered a dead animal in the toilet that appeared to have been decomposing for an extended period of time. This was extremely unsanitary and alarming. We were then moved to a third room, which was also in very poor condition. The floors were covered in dirt and appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. Additionally, the bed sheets were stained and had visible holes consistent with cigarette burns. Due to the condition of the bedding, we were forced to change the sheets ourselves in order to make the room usable. Given the repeated issues, lack of cleanliness, and overall unacceptable conditions of all three rooms, this stay did not meet even basic standards of hospitality or hygiene.
