"Disappointing"

The place needs a deep cleaning. Beds were clean and comfortable, which is very important, but the bathroom was pretty gross. When a place is given a cursory cleaning time after time, the dirty details start to stand out. Shower head, shower tile, floor molding perimeter, toilet seat - all fail the basic cleanliness test. For the $$ they charge to stay at this place, these details were unacceptable.

"Disappointing given the price point, would not recommend or return."

Location was excellent - adjacent to the beach access. Trees blocked ocean view, but offered great bird watching. Starched white sheets were lovely.

Property was extremely dated. Grills were filthy. Fence to side yard was broken. Bathroom was terribly dated & had no ventilation (small dirty, window opened to walkway). Upholstered furniture was dirty and uninviting. Carpets were stained. AC return duct was disgusting. Kitchen was not outfitted well - only ONE cooking pot, only 3 cereal bowls, barely enough silverware for 5 people to have 1 meal.
