The property was beautiful and had everything we needed! Gorgeous design for the bedrooms and the beds were so comfortable. Our host Jane was incredible, very quick responses and very friendly! We felt so welcomed and taken care of. Honestly the best experience we have had so far. We could not fault our stay but by wishing we stayed longer. The jacuzzi was used daily and it just felt very homely

I liked the spaciousness of the property.

The property wasn't clean and it hasn't had a deep clean for some time. I had to clean the toilets and drawers for our clothes on arrival. Dirty kitchen cloth, dirty floor mops. Dining room chairs dirty and not been hoovered and was covered in dust and bits of food. Washing machine covered in mould. Downstairs shower room smelling of a blocked drain. Towel rails and shelves in bathrooms loose. Toilet seat in cloakroom loose. The property did not exactly match the photos on the website and it was not to a high standard as one would have expected. Photos and description on website misleading. The property is on a corner of a busy road at a busy junction, so could not sleep properly due to noise. Dog frequently barking next door, so again could not relax or sleep properly. Jacuzzi gone green and very smelly after two days of use. My son ended up with an ear infection and we've been to the hospital to get medication as the pain is unbearable for him. I could go on and on. The property is over priced and was disappointing. I would not stay at this property again.

We loved every thing about this villa. Jane the owner was fab too, answered questions promptly and was in regular contact to check in.

The house is even better in real life! Has all the amenities you can think of and then some, and we just loved that there are enough bathrooms so every room had its own private one. Jane was super lovely and helpful, making sure everything was just right and meeting us at the house despite the late arrival time. Honestly - everything was perfect :)

Villa Casa Bella is a great place for a family vacation, as the kitchen has a lot of necessary dishes and utensils, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the terrace deserves special praise: a spacious, comfortable place to spend evenings outdoors. The area where the villa is located is very quiet and safe. Everything seems to be equipped as if it were your own: with quality, thoughtfulness and care. We liked it very much and would definitely recommend it.

No information on things to do or see, location wasn't great for entertainment in the evenings, we couldn't find any good restaurants nearby but I'm sure there are, we had to text for WiFi password, we had to Google how to work certain appliances as we didn't like to bother the management company, if this information was given in a folder like in previous villas we stayed at it would have been very valuable, in summary these are only little hiccups , we had a great time and would definitely return 😊
