"Cleaner needs to do better"

Just a walking distance to the Canadian embassy where we had our transactions. The place has nice amenities.

The unit has an odor that we didn't like..both the CR and the living area. Bathroom is not clean as we can see molds on the tiles grout and water marks on the wall. Dirty broom and dustpan is sitting under the toilet sink. There's always a water on the corners of the floor in the CR. We saw cockroaches on several occasions. The grease trap may need some cleaning as we noticed the smell is from that area. The faucet in the kitchen sink is loose. Viewing window is dusty that we can't take pictures coz it's blurry.
