USroom was huge, clean, beautiful, miss it already!
USWalking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and downtown.
No clear directions upon check-in, lots of confusion with staff. Property has no smoke detectors as stated, no toaster, hair dryer, no ironing board, no beach towels, no soap, bedding had chemical burn holes, bath towels are tiny and stained, not enough hot water for 2 people let alone 4 or 6 guests. The thermostat is antiquated and we had no heat the nights it was 48 degrees. Broken chair on patio and just overall dirty - the inside of the refrigerator, the countertops, the walls behind the sink. And black mold in the sink!
CAThe Villa was very nice, it has all the amenities needed, it was clean and it has a great location, very close to the beach and the Natural park (Estero). The communication with the host was seamless. It is great to have the mini porch, parking included and access to the pool! I highly recommend this place.
