Everything was good, we enjoyed cleanliness and overall house fulfillment. Even during cold night, wool bed blanket saved our heat. Big supermarket located just few blocks from the apartment. This is the quest house in the backyard of the owner’s one.

Location was good, one block from beach.

Directions to enter gated courtyard provided, not how to exist. Arrived at night, poor to no exterior lighting, gate broke and we got locked in.

Good location. Close to Rome airport.

Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. The TV was in German and we and the host could not fix it. Instructions for getting the key were not totally clear.

Lovely space a few blocks from the beach. It was clean, cool and had pretty much every amenity you could need. They make it feel like a hotel. The hosts were very friendly and gave great advice on the local restaurants - which were plentiful and walkable. There's also a nice little grocery store a few blocks away. We loved getting to experience an Italian beach town! We would definitely stay here again.

I think the only thing that could be done better is to put a (#) symbol in front of the gate code in the instructions. We had to figure that out on our own after thinking maybe we were at the wrong spot.

Very friendly and helpful. They arrange a taxi to the airport for us.

Property is close to beach, grocery store, restaurants. Place was clean, we liked that there was kitchen with all useful stuff to cook.
