4 Bedroom House in Harrogate Town Centre

Very good value for money, good location and clean. Beds were very comfortable and there was loads of space, a very big property. All in all very good

Only one shower that was in a en suite bathroom, which meant others had to access that room for a decent shower. The decor is dated but clean and tidy.

The breakfast was lovely - in fact everything about this property was fantastic

It was close to centre, had its own parking facility. Kitchen was semi modern. We were able to enter the house earlier than expected if we had arrived sooner as the lady gave us pin code for the keys.

The house was cold the whole time we were there. We did ask on numerous occasions for the owner to help but to no avail. I slept in pj's jumper and scalf. The only shower room was tiny, the door kept opening when in it. No shelf for anything no hand towels in any room. No waste paper basket in any room. The other bathroom in the house only had a shower mixer tap. No dressing table, no full length mirrors, no plugs next to the mirrors that were on the walls.

The house is lovely, very comfy beds, very efficient heating! The location is perfect for accessing the town, literally a few minutes walk and you're in the town centre but the house is nice and quiet with good double glazing. We didn't really use the kitchen as we ate out but it appeared to be well equipped to cook a meal if you wanted to.

There's no outside light at the back door which made negotiating the steps a bit tricky. There was no hand soap in 2 of the 3 toilets so we had to buy some, and the padlock for the parking space was very stiff, could do with a bit of WD40! Other than these very minor things it was great.

overall the house was good, and local facilities were excellent good for parking

only minor issue was the heating system, unable to turn on heating
