Excellent service. Good and clean room. Hot water 24 hours. Location is good. Limited variety but very good food. Pleasant and comfortable ambiance. Helpful manager Sohel who is ready to help you in any matter.

As such nothing. But still can improve about infrastructure can be improved to luxury resort.

Staff with pleasant Attitude, Located close to Moharli Gate. Always available to serve and answer, especially Mr Sohel who is Managing Front Desk..Very well maintained Rooms..Well packed food when we went for Safari

Food was Spicy and we had to restrict to Curd and Dhaal Mostly inspite of Paying Full Board !!

The staff is friendly and service is decent. The property is pleasant. The food (buffets) is great.

Limited food choice but understandable given the location. The height of the bathroom ceiling. I kept hitting my hand on the roof and I am only 6 feet tall....

The rooms were good. The property is very close to the Moharli gate of the reserve, its walking distance. The property is also well lit in the evenings and feels quite safe to roam around within the property in the night time even though being inside the tiger reserve. Lot of mosquitoes and insects around so do carry bug/mosquito spray and body lotions with you. For the safari/reserve expedition, we booked only one due to lack of time but minimum two to four are required to spot tigers. Best time to visit for tiger spotting is from March to May (hottest months)!!!!

Property photos look different than the actual property. Restrooms in the common dining area were smelly and need up-keep. The property is inside a tiger reserve and they do pack a picnic basket for breakfast in case of morning safari but the options of food in it are limited and don't really tase that good once its get cold. Would have preferred some more options for food in the Picnic Basket for the morning Safari.

Location near safari gate, good food though limited choices for meals but whatever they have is well made

Upkeep not upto the mark, bad plumbing dirty water , tv does not work. Staff is courteous but there is only that much they can do to make up for deficiency in infrastructure

The staff was excellent. Sohail & Abhijeet did their best to make our stay comfortable. Special mention of Kuniram for giving us best possible service. Location is very close to Moharli gate.& is excellent for safaris leaving from Moharli gate. If you don't have your own vehicle & have booked safaris from this gate, this is the best location.

If you have booked safaris from other gates, you will need transport for the same. Moharli is very grossly developed & you don't get the feel of the jungle even though the resort itself is very good.
