Villa Ti Neves - Peniche Beach Residence

We stayed in Peniche for 2 nights. The listing did not specify the floor, so we accidentally booked a ground-floor apartment facing a concrete courtyard. The host kindly moved us to the second floor.

However, the new apartment had a serious issue: the hot water boiler was leaking heavily (about 2 liters every 40 minutes). We had to wake up during the night to empty a bowl to prevent flooding, and we were not warned about this in advance. The next day we decided not to continue our stay and asked for a refund for the unused night, but were refused, as the host claimed the leak was “minor.” Other issues included windows in the kitchen that would not close, making it unsafe, lack of basic kitchen items, and a bathroom with dampness, mold, and standing water. Overall, despite the host being polite, the condition of the apartment and handling of the issue were very disappointing.

Buena ubicación.

Mala comunicación con la anfitriona. Hormigas en el alojamiento. Falta de colgadores en baños. Perchas escasas. Ventanas que no pueden abrirse.
