Location, size of the Apt, and how well equipped it was. Very comfortable, clean place to stay at an affordable cost

No communication in telling me how to get in. I called and the gentleman did not speak English well and kept saying the name of some cafe. It took more calls to clarify and to tell him that the cafe was not coming up on Google maps. It was VERY frustrating. I tried to tell him that there was no cafe by that name. He didn't understand why I said that there wasn't. I didn't know what to do. Finally I went back to the Apt and noticed the cafe while walking there. TG I walked on the correct street. I don't know why it didn't show on any map app, but that is Not a way to run a business. It took me over an hour to get in after arriving. If you are going to have a Vaca apt, one should be able to converse in English And have a better way of getting keys to the renters than leaving them with a cafe worker.
