Amazing property.. beautiful bedroom and views ..very peaceful..

I didn’t like the fact that they required a 250usd security deposit!!!! That’s a joke !!!and if you dont want to pay for that ,they charge you extra 25 usd ….if you dont pay they wont send you the information with the access code to do check in. So you end up paying more money for your stay!!!!! That’s sucks

The house was very nice and spacious. We liked the room we stayed in and everything was great

La propiedad es muy bonita, en una gran casa con seis habitaciones cómodas y bien acondicionadas con baño propio y algunas con balcón. Ideal para ir en familia y pasar un par de días disfrutando las instalaciones que funcionan muy bien y hacen una estancia confortable. Se encuentra alrededor de 2 kilómetros del jardín central, es viable dejar el auto y caminar para llegar al centro, lo ideal de regreso es tomar un taxi ya que hay pendientes muy pronunciadas difíciles para menores o personas de la tercera edad. El jardín tiene vista a parte de la cañada y a San Miguel.

beautiful location and stunning place. Extemely comfortable and spacious. On top of a hill overlooking the town - not really at walking distance so you need a car or use Uber or a taxi. We had a great stay

I missed the email about checking in, so didn't have the code to the door upon arrival

The mansion is like a modern Arabic palace hidden in a Mexican small town. Fantastic decoration and good taste design. The facilities are good quality (except the washroom shower). Peaceful and quiet, it's the best choice to hide from the crowds.

Poor management. If not for the house itself, I would rate the team 5 out of 10, not qualified at all. Quite arrogant as some guests already pointed out. They make everything online, but not user friendly at all. First, you need to read thousands words of a rental agreement. Yes, it's not a hotel, but a rental contract. I just agreed to whatever term they require and didn't bother to read that piece of paper. Second, check-in is online but it was not clearly indicated how. And no one was at the place when I arrived at 7pm. What's worse, they provided the wrong password code which made me unable to enter. They didn't took the time to explain everything ahead and just expected the guest to find the answers about how to check-in, how to enter the house by exploring their app/webpage themselves. All they want is that you pay and sign the rental contract. The rest is the guest's homework. Third, when I couldn't enter, I had to make several international call to their team in New York to find out the solution. Finally they sent me the correct code and it costed me half hour waiting in front of the house, making me nervous about the environment and frustrated. The person talked with me sounded like a robot, not a real human being. In hotel industry, such accident is a disaster and the manager would immediately apologize and improve. But here, sadly no. Last point, due to travel plan changes, I booked it one time before and cancelled it without any cost. After I confirmed the schedule, I rebooked it. So I had two bookings and one was cancelled. They took quite long time to refund me the first booking. Whenever I asked about it, they just became silent, until I reported to Booking.com. The next day they immediately refunded me. It's so ridiculous and arrogant. Due to all these experiences, I suggest this company investigate internally and improve their service and attitude.

The house is in an amazing location. The area is safe and quiet and it's easy to get to the center. A great place to have some peaceful days. Our bedroom was very comfortable. The breakfast service was always ready when we got up and it was delicious. The staff was responsive and friendly. We really loved the house. I would stay here again.

The house is amazing. I even liked the location even though it's a bit far from the city center. But I was very disappointed by the customer service. Eduardo was not helpful at all. First I didn't get the room I booked, but this happens with booking. I asked him, in case it's available during my stay please to let me switch the rooms as a friend of mine was interested to rent it for her honeymoon. But Eduardo said, they are fully booked even though there were days I was alone in the house. One day they changed the code on the entrance door and didn't inform me. I was staying in front of the house in the middle of the night and couldn't get it. Thank God it's a safe town, but still it was not a pleasant experience. And apparently there is no breakfast Saturday and Sundays, which I was not informed before. But the worst of all was that at the day of my departure I wanted to leave the house at 12.00. Check out is at 11.00. I told them I just need to wait for my airport pick up at noon. I can check out the room at 11.00. But I just wanted to wait downstairs or in the garden. And Eduardo again told me, it's not possible. Apparently the house is fully booked (I doubt it because he always told me the house is fully booked even though I was alone in the house) and I have to leave. With lots effort I finally at least got him to allow me to leave my luggage there till noon. Again the location is far away from everything. It's residential. I had no way where to leave my luggage or wait for my pick up. I found this customer service the worst I have experienced in my whole life and I am not young anymore. I love the place, love the design, architecture. But the service didn't make me feel at home. I will never book with Holt ever again. This was and I am really sorry to say this as I did love the house and my room, the worst experience I had. I just wanted to leave, which is not a feeling you should have at your vacation.

Better costumer service. Having more helpful and politer people who are there to make your stay pleasant. Also a nightlight on the bedside would be helpful. There was only the big like and a lamp, but you have to get up to switch is off and have to go to bed in the dark
