The guy running the breakfast every morning is a total asset to this place. He never stopped moving and was beyond pleasant and helpful. 5 stars for that guy!

Our room was never cleaned and I wasn’t aware of that before booking or I would’ve stayed elsewhere. The lobby wasn’t as professional as I’m used to in hotels. The hotel overall seems incredibly understaffed. When I called down to the lobby to ask about room cleaning, he said they don’t clean rooms daily. I said I needed the towels removed and restocked and the attendant said I could get some at the front desk. I asked if someone could come up to the room to remove them and he said “I’m the only one here, you’ll have to come down”. I ended up leaving them in the hallway.
