The location of the apartment is fantastic and it is quite spacious. The shower in the apartment is fabulous. The apartment is well equipped with 2 clothes horses.

Although we had provided the managers with our estimated arrival time (3pm); we did not get access to the apartment until 5pm (due to the cleaning being delayed). This was a little inconvenient as we are a family of 5 (4 year old and 2 year old twins) and therefore had bulky luggage for a 12 day stay. Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned to a good standard. We had expected (due to length of stay) that the apartment would be cleaned once during our rental period. When we enquired when the apartment would be cleaned etc, we were told that apartment rental is not like a hotel and therefore, there would not be a cleaning service and that we should buy extra toilet paper if necessary. (This was our fifth trip to Spain in the last year and having rented apartments in Santander, Segovia and Barcelona, we are well au fait with the process of apartment rental.) There was also a reference to AirBnB and that the cleaning policy was stated therein.; clearly we did not book through AirBnb. In comparing our experience to that of Art Suite last year (and that the apartment was cleaned daily for a 6 day stay), we were told that Art Suite is a 2* hotel, therefore not comparable. On another point one of the kitchen chairs was faulty, a nut and bolt was missing in it's assembly. This led to little mishpas with our girls. This apartment would be an accepatble rental for a short stay but for a family on holiday for an extended period we would have expected a cleaner apartment upon arrival, a change of sheets and overall a far better customer service.

The location of the apartment is perfect and inside is very spacious and bright.

The location was very central in the city, with lots of shops and restaurants around. It was easy to meet someone to collect the keys and to check in. The host sent a big list of restaurant recommendations which was amazing and we tried a few of them during our stay. We were travelling with a baby and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing bottles and baby food.

My mistake as I didn't read the property information properly but the apartment is on the third floor without a lift which was a little tricky with a baby.

Location, staff and comfort

Excellent location. A very spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment of high quality. Renata the host was very helpful.

Nothing to dislike with this apartment.

Perfect location, very nice people and communication with them, awesome big flat. We really enjoyed it!

Little more clean pls. We found some chips on the floor, champagne cork. But it was not bad - only details
