River Trulli oasi di pace in sito UNESCO

Een trullo is al enorm schattig, wat fijn om daar in te kunnen slapen. Hoewel het klein is, is het tof. Het fijne is dat deze net buiten het centrum ligt waardoor je geen last 's nachts hebt van nog ronddwalende toeristen. Wel het trullo gevoel, geen overlast. En een prive plek om je auto te kunnen zetten. Daarbij was Andrea de host enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook toen we na vertrek wat vergeten waren is hij het gelijk apart gaan leggen zodat we deze later weer konden ophalen. Enorm aardige lieve man!

We had a great time at River Trulli. The Trulli is stylishly renovated, beautiful and comfortable, in a quiet location a short walk from the tourist attractions, which suited us perfectly. Paolo is a very friendly and communicative host. The figs are the secret trump card of this place! I would happily go back and would definitely recommend it to others.

The trulli is located near the bus station at a walk distance of Monti district. It is modern, convenient and authentic at the same time. The host was very helpful and we keep in touch all the time. You can park in front of the trulli that is also very convenient. We get to the trulli late at night and the host had prepared for us compliments like some snacks and biscuits, water and a bottle of local liquor which we find very kind. Everything was great.

There was nothing that we didn’t like

Beautiful Trulli just a short walk to the central area. Spotlessly clean with everything required. Both owner Paolo and his on site team Andrea and Sante were very friendly and helpful. Gave advice on places we should visit and local restaurants too.

Andrea greeted us with the keys and gave us a good orientation upon arrival. We did not have a car but the property has convenient secure parking right next to the Trulli we stayed in for those who drive there. The facility was beautifully turned out and very peaceful and comfortable. 10 minute walk to the main attraction of the area, the Trullizone, and just on the other side of that is the main street of Alberobello which has many great shops and restaurants. The closest restaurant to the property (2 minute walk) was great as well and has a 5 star rating on Trip Advisor. Recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area to learn about the Trulli and their history.
