Labai patogi vieta, prie pat jūra, pušynas, parduotuvė, keli restoranai. Pats butas skoningai įrengtas, gan erdvus, dideli televizoriai tiek salone tiek miegamajame. Ryte galima nemokamai pasimėgauti džiakuzi.

Trūksta tvarkos, valytojas pavalymas paviršutiniškas, už sofos, po kilimais dulkės ir šiukšlės, o nuomoninkai patys prašomi išsinešti šiukšles (?) Kondicioniecierius yra, tik valdymas gan sudėtingas, o miegamajame išvis nepavyko įjungti. Baseinas labiau primena pelkę, labai daug priauge dumblo, bet gan šiltas.

Nuostabi vieta, šalia jūros, vidiniame kieme baseinas ir sukurinė vonia. Šalia parduotuvė ir restoranėliai. Puikus, jaukus butas, gražiai įrengtas, balkonas išeina į vidinį kiemą.

Svetainėje reikėtų naktinių užuolaidų ar roletų, nes dabar tik dieninė yra, sunku miegoti ir nesmagu vakare vakaroti, nes jautiesi stebimas :) Savaitgaliui apsistoti gal ir gerai, bet ilgesniai viešnagei norėtųsi indaplovės. Vangokai bendrauja buto administratoriai.
