تفاجأنا ان الشقة بدون انترنت و الفرش غير نظيف والأواني في الخزانة غير نظيفة كما ان الشقة باردة جدا والمكيف لا يعطي حرارة والمسؤول عن التواصل معنا يتحدث بنبرة علو وعند طلبنا الانترنت قال انه سيصلحه ويبعث لنا الكود في الصباح التالي لكنه لم يبعث إلى ان ظللت اتصل به وابعث له رسائل وطلب مني صورة الهوية لي ولزوجي وعقد الزواج مع العلم انه لا يحق له طلبه عبر الواتساب كان يجب ان يأتي ليراه عند تسليم المفاتيح ارجو ان تأخذوا شكايتي بعين الإعتبار هذه الشقة لا تصلح للتأجير فهي مجرد إطار جميل فقط وتفتقر للكثير من الأواني ولا تحتوي على مواد التنظيف حتى واضطررنا لشراء كل شيء من فرش السرير لمواد التنظيف كما اضطررنا لترك الشقة قبل موعد تسليمها بيوم لأننا لم نتحمل البرودة فيها

NLPrachtig en ruim appartement, zoals op de foto's te zien is. Mooi uitzicht over de stad vanuit het raam :)
Kregen de instructies pas toen we aankwamen en hem belde, maar werden wel meteen geholpen.
