Well situated in Kenilworth. Friendly staff. Great choice for breakfast.

The parking wasn’t great- first come first serve basis which is fine- just not a huge car park. The bedrooms were extremely hot and although a fan was available this didn’t help much to cool them down.

The road kept us awake a lorry picking up glass

Very small room and poorly ventilated. Rooms at front are very noisy from traffic etc.

Wir waren für ein Konzert in Coventry dort untergebracht. Freundliches Personal ( Scarlett ist mega 😊) Bequeme Betten, gutes Essen und sehr sauber. Was möchte man mehr.

A very friendly, clean place to stay over in Kenilworth. Lovely staff. Food available. Single room small but very comfortable. Parking a bonus.

The location was perfect and the building was lovely looking

Some of the ceilings are very low and the stairs are steep

Staff were very accommodating, breakfast lovely and room cosy. Great location too.

Clean Good fish and chips in the restaurant although it took awhile to appear after ordering.

The manager should be fired. Poor and slow service, possible understaffing? Breakfast options not renewed according to number of guests. Ran out of juice, pastries, toast, yogurt, and they were not being replenished.

The location is great. It's close enough to visit places of interest and siteseeing.

Although we managed to park in the car park. There isn't a great deal of space.
