SKAll was very good. Very comfortable and silent flat. There was nothing missing in the kitchen.
For guest arriving by plane, there could be at least minimal toiletries - shower gel or soap.

THERE IS NO AIR-CONDITIONING and it is not stated clearly on booking.com This needs to be rectified. There is a free-standing electric fan which was utterly inadequate.
CHVery clean apartment and great location: Quiet area and right in the middle between the train station (Verona Porta Nuova) and the city center, both within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. Access to the apartment was easy and well organized. WiFi works very well.
The bed/mattress was very uncomfortable, I recommend having it replaced. The shower head was damaged, but worked.
BREverything was beautiful! Close to everything and Giulia was so Kind.
We just couldn't turn on the stove but I think it eas our fault to not undarstand The instructions
