The hot water in the shower kept running cold When we looked at the apartment on Bookings the photo's led us to believe that it was a fully self-catering bottom floor apartment, we got quite a shock when it was just a self-catering ensuite room which was very cramped. It might have been nice to have had some bottled water and fresh milk on arrival to start with, the coffee and tea jar wouldn't open because it had been screwed on incorrectly, we didn't want to force it in case we broke it The outside lights wouldn't stay on; you had to keep moving to get them to stay on The main front door into the apartment wouldn't lock so a small padlock had to be used

DEDie Lage am Fluss, die Grenze zum NP, ist einmalig und unschlagbar. Abends kamen die Tiere zum trinken, auch ein Elefant und im ganzen Marloth Park liefen, Sprinböcke, Zebras Warzenschweine, Giraffen, Elands, Affen und viele mehr einfach umher. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit Linda war liebenswürdig und unkompliziert Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat alles, was man zur selbstverpflegung braucht. Die riesige, überdachte Terasse mit direkten Blick auf den Fluss ist perfekt. Einkaufen kann man am besten in Malelane, wenn man von Johannesburg kommt. Die Autofahrt zum Crocdile Bridge Gate dauert ca eine halbe Stunde, also sehr bequem zu erreichen. Die Straße ist gut auszuhalten. Wenn man nicht unbedingt im NP übernachten möchte, ist das für uns die Nummer 1+!

ZAPerfect location!! One of the most beautifull views in Marloth Park. Ideal for 2 people. Hosts were absolutely awesome, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived till we left. We had everything we needed and and the host even offered anything we needed from her kitchen. Undercover braai and wood was replenished every day. Small splash pool with view over Crocodile river. There is even a hot tub for winter times. Aircon and fan available every day(was very hot) without any additional cost. Many places in Marloth use pre-paid aircons. Will definately stay there again and can recommend it for two people.
