Spacious Comfty 4 BDMs House in Rototuna

Spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay with family.

Everything was just really nice, well presented, clean and great.

Nothing to dislike.

There are flies everywhere, I’m talking at least 30 flying in the house. Unclean, sticky countertops, and the host wasn’t useful after communicating about the issue.

Good location. Quiet suburb. Sunny backyard with enough space for children to kick a ball.

Fly spray would be helpful though there was fly swats to use. There was a smell of curry in the home but once the doors and windows were opened and the house aired, it was ok - though the flies then came into the home. Outside furniture to sit on would be great.

The house was spacious for our large family, located in a quiet neighborhood. There were two full bathrooms and showers, which was very convenient. The keys were located in a lockbox on the front door, so entry was easy and flexible for us. The host was quick to respond to our questions and communication.

While the bed linens and bathrooms appeared clean, the kitchen had some really dirty areas and the carpeting looked and felt very dirty. There also was no "house book" or clear instructions, like regarding the trash, so we needed to message the host for directions, and then we could not properly dispose of our rubbish because the bins in the front yard were already overflowing. Overall, the yard and house looked a little rundown. With a little bit of TLC, it has amazing potential!

This place was a 10 out of 10. We have done a lot of travel throughout New Zealand and the rest of the world. This house was the nicest that we have stayed in. We will definitely come back!
