Cosy flat with sea views in Santa Ursula

Die Wohnung war groß, gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse mit Meerblick war schön. Insgesamt hatte die Unterkunft ein angenehmes Urlaubsgefühl.

Leider war es sehr schwer, die Unterkunft zu finden. Zudem hatten wir zunächst ein falsches WLAN-Passwort und mussten selbst herausfinden, dass das richtige am Router steht. Am enttäuschendsten war jedoch, dass uns 45 € aus der Kaution für einen angeblich beschädigten Ventilator abgezogen wurden, obwohl wir ihn wegen der niedrigen Temperaturen nicht einmal benutzt haben. Insgesamt würde ich hier nicht noch einmal übernachten, da man zu viele Details selbst prüfen und kontrollieren muss, was leider etwas Urlaubsstimmung genommen hat.

Manque d'équipements de cuisine

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Nice sea view and good location. I can recommend the apartment itself, not the check in procedure and the time of giving the deposit back.

Check in procedure was very difficult. We arrived in the evening. The guidlines that were sent were no accurate at all. I was looking for the apartment for 30 minutes while my 7 year old kid was waiting with my older parents. There was nobody at the reception desk, I asked some guest for help. The guidance should like like that - you enter the building, pass the reception desk and the swimming pool. On the right of the swimming pool there is an elevator, press floor number -3. After leaving the lift, you turn right and then you go straight ahead facing the sea. The apartment is on the left. Also there was 7 days for giving back the deposit. After that time, I wrote to them and around 11 days later they transfered the money back. This was no ok. There was no kettle in the room.

The view is amazing! Could spend hours there. Lovely place, will be happy to come back.

Check in procedure

If you want peace and quiet with a spectacular view this is the place, clean, comfortable, friendly staff in the complex.

We loved it here. Clean comfy, well equipped, the apartment is in a complex of other holiday apartments surrounding a hotel with a spa and swimming pool. The area surrounding the complex is a quite residential area with a good restaurant and supermarket close by. Alternatively, it's an easy walk into town where there are more restaurants and bigger supermarkets. But the best part is the view from the terrace! The owner has clearly taken action on previous comments and there are now a new table and chairs and new comfy sun loungers on the terrace. Also new plants and cacti have been planed in the little garden that forms the boundary. Thank you!

We had a great time and there were no problems with our stay, all the agent was easy to contact and quick to respond to our questions. However, we found the check in process a little confusing, We were given the instructions and a key code via WhatsApp, but the way the instructions were written made it look like the apartment was only accessible until 9pm. However, no need to panic, this isn't the case. It is only the access to the complex via the main entrance that closes at 9pm. After 9pm, access is via a side gate that requires a key which can be found in the apartment. Consequently you only need to be in the apartment before 9pm on your day of arrival. After this you will have the key and you can come and go as you please. Hope this helps
