Where to start. Clearly said you had parking on site. It'd permit holders parking only. The host didn't have a permit as said the last guests has taken it. I could of got a 70 pound parking ticket. Told me to park my brand-new car at the train station.........dishwasher didn't work and there was mould inside of it. Car nearly got broken into outside as people were walking up and down checking door handles to see if cars were open. Next door was constant banging and people knocking on the door all night. I left 1 night early as didn't want to be there ant more. Paid for 2 nights only stayed the one night as had enough. I wouldn't recommend and if you do go you will see every other house up for rent on the same street and other streets around it. That say something. You have been warned ⚠️

It would be better if there was a hair dryer.

Everything was fantastic!! The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean. The TV is great, and the living room was very cozy. The location is amazing, very close to buses which make access to Hanley very easy.

The toilet was very cramped for taller people, but beyond that I don't have anything negative to say.

Easily accessible with key arrangement . Apartment had everything we could have needed . Was clean and a great price
