GBGood location in centre of Lucca ,approx. 15 minute level walk from train station good wi-fi
Poor communication ,had to ring at lunch time the day of our stay to find out how to gain access. Apartment is on third floor and no lift, stairs are poorly lit and therefore not user friendly ,property generally tired and in need of decoration and attention, no toaster or coffee machine ,oven tripped electrical supply when we tried to use it and bathroom fan stopped working. Air con. units in-effective and did not lower the temperature.
