loft reformado en chueca para 4 personas ALQUILER TEMPORAL

Esta bastante céntrico, cocina equipada y buenas indicaciones por parte del propietario.

Mal olor en el baño es continuo, el armario que está al lado de la mesa con olor a humedad no se podía usar, mala limpieza nada más llegar nos hemos tenido que poner a barrer y fregar el suelo, altura del techo de la cama superior muy muy bajo no se aprecia en fotos. Necesita un buen mantenimiento

The owner is very communicative and the location is quite close to the main tourist attractions.

Sad that the neighbors downstairs are renovating the apartment and they destroy something (a wall or tiles) with a big hammer from 8am. Obviously the owner does not have anything to do with it, but it influenced my comfort and sleep quality a lot.

The heater wasn't work and the ceiling it was almost touching the bed and the stairs very dangerous.

Maybe don’t go there with a family and pram as there is no lift to the flat and stairs are quite narrow. Stairs inside the loft up to the bed are very very steep. Bit of a problem also when opening the front gate.

The location and the apartment is ok, but the management and getting into the apartment is a problem. The details below.

To get to the building and the apartment you need to use the app. The app to open the apartment building and apartment door wasn't working throughout my whole stay. I needed to call the agency every time I was coming back in the evening or wait on the street to be let in by other people from the building. The agency didn't fix the problem for 3 days., some of the customer service people at the agency were rude, they were hanging up and I needed to call a few times.

A bit of dust, no exhaust on the bathroom which the mist of the hot shower will cloud the entire bathroom The loft is uncomfortable as you cannot stand straight and need to crawl every time which make it hard to move around, but the bed is comfortable to sleep with There are also some unfinished parts of the property that needs to be done like expose wiring and cracked walls
